This is a newly renovated holiday home just a few minutes walk from the centre of Lahinch. When staying here you will be close to everything and wheather it is a romantic break or a family holiday this lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac is a perfect location. Once you arrive you can park your car and all the best of Lahinch is within a 5 to 7 minute walk. Just can stroll to the beach and enjoy a surf lesson or to the many fantastic cafe's, restaurant and bar that Lahinch has to offer.

The space
This beautiful house offers a large living room/ dining area with a bright and well equiped kitchen overlooking an enclosed back garden. There are 3 bedrooms, the first is an en-suite room with a double bed, the second has a double and single bed and the third has a sigle bed.
There is a main bathroom upstairs and a w/c with a downstairs ( where there is also washing machine, hoover, ironing board etc).

Guest access
You will have full access to the house as a private booking and it is not shared with anyone else.

Other things to note
There is space for 2 cars to park off street in front of the house.
This house is not suitable for parties and it is a valid reason for eviction.
